This product allows you to easily change the settings such as the paper source settings and provides you with information on how to solve problems such as ink smudging.

(2)Copied icons of the printer exist.
(3)Specified port is not correct.
(4)Printer is off-line.
(5)Printer is paused.
(6)Not selected as an always-used printer

The function [Multiple copies for drivers (icons) of the same printer exist] in [Diagnose and Repair Printer] cannot be executed in the Windows7 environment due to the OS factor.
Download / Installation Procedures
1. Click the link, select [ Save ], specify "Save As", then click [ Save ] to download the file.
Memo :
If you select [ Run ] ( or [ Open ] ) instead of [ Save ], the file will be automatically installed after it is saved.
2. The downloaded file will be saved in the specified place in the self-extracting form ( .exe format ).
3. Double-click the downloaded EXE file to decompress it, then installation will start automatically.
