How to clean the fixing unit

Solution
If the toner cartridge is replaced or if the front or back of the printed paper has smudge marks, clean the fixing unit using the following procedure.
1. Load paper of A4 (or Letter) size in the multi-purpose tray or in the manual feed tray.
2. Display the Printer Status Window.
3. Select [Cleaning] from the [Options] menu.
4. Click [OK].
The message <Cleaning> is displayed in the Printer Status Window, and the cleaning starts. The cleaning finishes after the paper is output, and the message is cleared.
NOTE
a. Cleaning takes approximately 3 minutes.
b. The cleaning process cannot be canceled. Please wait until it is completed.
