<Cause 1>
Appropriate paper is not being used.
<Solution>
Replace the paper with that which can be used with this printer.
<Cause 2>
There is no paper in the multi-purpose tray or paper drawer.
<Solution>
Load the paper according to the supplementary information displayed below the message appears in the Printer Status Window. For details on the procedure for loading paper, see "e-Manual" (HTML manual) in the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM supplied with the printer.
<Cause 3>
The paper settings in the printer driver do not match the paper actually loaded in the paper source.
