This is a service pack for R3.1 and R3.2.
Changes made by applying this service pack:
- iW Gateway 2002 R3.1 can receive documents from these devices and store them to folder in iW Document Manager:
iRC3220, iRC3200(ver.54.01 or later), iR2270, iR2870,iR3570, iR4570
- iW Gateway operates under Windows XP Service Pack 2 after manually configuring the Windows Firewall on a PC to which Windows XP Service Pack 2 with the security enhancement features is applied.
- If a PDF file containing more than 50 pages is transferred from iRC3220 or iRC3200 (Ver.54.01 or later) to iW Gateway, the file can now be stored and the operation no longer ends with an error.
- If Address Book created by iW Gateway 2002 R3.1 is exported to an iR machine and is sorted in the control panel of the IR machine, addresses do not disappear from the list in the Address Book.

This patch module resolves the following problems:
- Enables release
of Index Data (Index Type:9-digit numerals) from iW
Scan Manager to the User Index Data (Index Type:IntegerUnsigned
Integer/Floating Point Decimal) of iW Document Manager.
The Index Data (Index Type:9-digit numerals) can be
converted from Canofile for Windows to iW Scan Manager
format, and therefore can be released as the User
Index Data of iW Document Manager. For this purpose,
it is necessary to match the Index Name and the Index
Type of iW Document Manager as set up by iW Document
Manager Administrator, with the Field Name and the
Field Type in the current library of Canofile for
Windows.
- A problem is resolved to shorten
the time taking to login to the destination cabinet
in iW Document Manger when large number of folders
have been created in the cabinet.
- [High Speed] Mode is added so
that release processing time is shortened without
Thumbnails of documents to be created. ([High Speed]
Mode is selected by default.)
